Forum Syd and University of Nairobi sign MoU
The University of Nairobi and Forum Syd have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) that will be beneficially mutual for staff and students from the University of Nairobi and Swedish Universities. The signing ceremony took place in Vice-Chancellor’s Boardroom on July 12, 2019.

University of Nairobi Ranked among Top 351 Universities by Times Higher Education (THE)
The University of Nairobi was ranked top in Kenya and was placed in the category of 301 best young Universities in the World. This is according to the 2019 Times Higher Education (THE) ranking of Young Universities. In East Africa, UoN tied with the University of Dar es Salaam. They were both placed in the category of 301.
